Deeply relax, laying on the floor, while immersed in sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls and Koshi bells. Great entry into meditation, contemplation, inner exploration, and creativity. You are welcome to bring a pillow or/and a blanket or borrow one of ours. Yoga mats are also available.
