Sarada Putsa

My journey with yoga started 20 years back when I was an undergraduate student. I became a certified teacher through the Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center in 2020. I love teaching yoga in the Himalayan and restorative approach in a calming and supportive atmosphere. 

Sarada teaches a Himalayan/Restirative class on Fridays at 5:30-6:45 pm.
